Early Detection of Alzheimer's Disease via EHR-based Machine Learning

We developed a novel machine learning pipeline leveraging electronic health records to identify early biomarkers of Alzheimer’s disease. Our approach integrates longitudinal patient data with ensemble methods, achieving state-of-the-art sensitivity in pre-symptomatic detection across a cohort of 15,000+ patients.
