Abstract
We grouped UK Biobank participants into Positive-Agers and Cognitive-Decliners using four cognitive function tests. To classify participants into these groups, we incorporated 942 features comprising of demographic information, blood biomarkers, and multiple MRI sources (rsfMRI, dMRI, sMRI). This study introduces the optimal subset of features that accurately identify cognitive groups and explores factors protecting against cognitive decline.
