I am a PhD student in Systems Engineering and Operations Research at George Mason University. I earned my B.Sc. in Industrial and Production Engineering from Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST), Bangladesh, where I received the Dean's Honor Award for academic excellence. My research focuses on data analytics and optimization with a particular emphasis on healthcare applications. I have published multiple articles in peer-reviewed journals, and I am proficient in Python, R, and MATLAB. I have over four years of teaching experience. Prior to my doctoral studies, I served as a Senior Lecturer in the Industrial and Production Engineering program at AUST. In this role, I taught core courses and supervised undergraduate research projects, guiding students to develop practical solutions for real-world industrial challenges. Additionally, I served as Co-Principal Investigator on a funded research project applying data-driven approaches to enhance workplace safety and productivity in Bangladesh's ready-made garments industry. Through my research and technical expertise, I aim to generate actionable insights that bridge academic inquiry and practical application, contributing meaningfully to both academic and professional communities.
